All orders placed online are shipped within 24 hours.
Shipping time within N. America varies by location, but is typically 3-4 days.
For all orders placed outside of N. America, you are able to choose your preferred shipping preference at a discount.

For orders made directly through us:
1. Returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Send us an email within the timeframe, and a member of the Revel Fitness team will provide you with a Return Authorization Form(RAF) to fill out and send back to us.

Please keep in mind, we don’t cover the shipping cost for the returned device
Save tracking information as we're not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
3. Once the returned devices arrive at our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business days to process a refund.
4. Once refund is issued, it may take up to 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.
